The 4-day workshop of MODEL UNITED NATIONS, hosted by Hacettepe University, concluded with great excitement. Our high school students who participated in HUMUN negotiated various topics such as sustainable development, human rights, environmental protection, and global health in different committees. During this process, they had the opportunity to develop their leadership and negotiation skills in English, and collaborated with students from different cultures to enhance their ability to seek solutions to international issues. Additionally, our students strengthened their sense of global citizenship and gained awareness of global issues.

HUMUN’a katılan lise öğrencilerimiz; çeşitli komitelerde sürdürülebilir kalkınma, insan hakları, çevre koruma ve küresel sağlık gibi konuları müzakere ettiler. Bu süreçte liderlik, İngilizce müzakere becerilerini geliştirme fırsatı bulan ve farklı kültürlerden gelen diğer öğrencilerle işbirliği yaparak uluslararası düzeyde sorunlara çözüm arama yeteneklerini artırdılar. Bununla birlikte öğrencilerimiz dünya vatandaşlığı bilincini güçlendirip küresel meselelere duyarlılık kazandılar.
